Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes an awareness workshop on commercial arbitration and mediation

BCCI organized an awareness workshop on the concepts of commercial arbitration and mediation, in the presence of the Chamber’s Vice-President, Mr. Khaled Al-Darawi, members of the Committee for Settlement of Commercial Disputes– Arbitration, a number of members of the Board of Directors, the Advisory Council, and the administrative staff, with the aim of introducing the concepts of commercial arbitration and mediation to promote the principles of alternative means for conflict resolution ,as well as the main advantages of the arbitration process such as speed in legal procedures, confidentiality, and complete transparency, especially if it is within the framework of a  trusted institution such as  Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
