Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry has completed the audit for the renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certificate

BCCI has once again passed the ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit, which was conducted by M.A.K. International - Training and Certification services, a representative of Lloyd's Register, for two days. This accomplishment confirms the BCCI's efforts to offer the best services to the General Assembly members, improve overall performance, and spread the ISO 9001:2015 culture of quality, continuous improvement, and development at all levels. The organization's context, quality policy, quality objectives, leadership, commitment, the scope of the quality management system, and the Trade Promotion Center  were all audited on the first day. On the second day, the Membership and Services Department, the Vocational Training Center, and the Human Resource department procedures were also audited. It is noteworthy that BCCI has been steadfastly working to preserve since receiving an ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in 2002, making it the first Palestinian Chamber of Commerce to do so.
