Minister of Labor visited BBCI and briefed on the awareness campaign on the labor law

During his visit to BCCI, his Excellency the Minister of Labor Dr. Ahmed Majdalani met with Dr. Hazboun and the board members who informed him more about the campaign we are carrying on with the “Social Dialogue Committee” of the ministry in order to create awareness about key aspects in the Pales-tinian labor law. This campaign is supported and fi-nanced by the Italian project SEDIP, who would cover the costs of printing the awareness posters, bro-chures, and the expenses of the workshops. Furthermore, the Minister of Labor praised the efforts of BCCI to pursue such matters, and pointed to the role of the ministry in the application of the labor law in regard to the minimum wage.
