The Quality Committee was established to oversee the implementation of quality-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard across all activities of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The Committee is responsible for continuously monitoring and reviewing internal performance, analyzing measurement and evaluation results to ensure continuous improvement across various processes. It also identifies areas for development and improvement, providing recommendations to the top management to ensure the implementation of best practices and the achievement of defined quality objectives.
Furthermore, the Committee promotes awareness of quality concepts and emphasizes the importance of compliance with approved internal procedures. It also monitors the satisfaction of General Assembly members and service beneficiaries, ensuring that the services provided meet their expectations and align with the Chamber’s strategic objectives.
Through these efforts, the Quality Committee ensures that the Chamber not only complies with international standards but also implements them effectively across all aspects of daily operations, thereby strengthening its position as a leading institution in providing high-quality services.
