BCCI arranged a consultative seminar about conclusion of contracts

Within a series of seminars organized by the BCCI, a third advisory seminar was held on “the conclusion of contracts". At the beginning Dr. Samir Hazboun – the chairman of the BBCI welcomed the attendance, the former judge Mr. Said Uwewi –a former judge specialized in civil regulation, and the Legal consultant of the BCCI Mr. Sami Shehada .Dr. Hazboun pointed out to the continuous consultative seminars that organized by the membership and services department that seeks to meet the needs of members in legal awareness.
Mr. Shehada gave a detailed presentation about the conclusion of contracts from its theoretical and practical perspectives. He also presented the basic aspects of contracts such as: the contract components, its types, consent and acceptance, the requirements of writing, the acceptance by post, and the validation of e-mail and business books. From his side, Mr. Uwewi supported this by a detailed explanation through reviewing some real examples and experiences in Palestine.
At the end of the seminar, the head of the membership & services Ms. Dalia Hussein thanked the attendance on their commitment and efficient participation in their queries, and comments, that seeks to support this service and the continuity of this seminars periodically. A recommendation was raised by the lecturers to the BCCI to activate the role of the leasing committee in relation to rental issues, and to organize the payment process either by increasing or by decreasing.
