BCCI is arranging a seminar about the conclusion of contracts 2

As a continuation for the consultative seminars that are arranged by BCCI for its members, Membership department & services has arranged the 4th consultative seminar about the second part of the conclusion of contracts that included employment contracts, and international contracts for purchase and sale.
At the beginning Mr. Khaled Darawi- deputy chairman welcomed the attendance, and he thanked them for their commitment to attending the consultative seminars arranged by BCCI. He pointed to this service that is considered one of the qualitative services during this year; he also said that BCCI seeks to reinforce the continuity of such a service in the coming year. He requested the participants to comment about this service & suggest new subjects. At the end of his speech, Mr. Darawi thanked Mr. Sami Shehadeh –the legal consultant for his efforts, and his valuable information that he always gives.
Mr. Shehadeh from his side ,presented a displayed a detailed presentation about employment contracts & international trade ones as well, he tackled in which the most important of subjects and items mentioned in Palestinian labor Law that should be followed in employment process , and rules that should be taken into consideration ,he also dealt with to the international sale contract, and the conditions that should be available , in addition to the kind of guarantees if it has an implicit or explicit text. At the end of the presentation, he pointed to the general rules and law that should be applied in the local and international law equally according to the state the contract conclude in which, and the specialized trial to settle the conflict.
At the end of the seminar, attendance raised several questions and issues that concern their interests relating to the employment contracts, and writing contracts in the case of the international trade as well.
