BCCI Organizes a Workshop on Reducing the Costs of Palestinian Trade

The BCCI, in collaboration with the Core Association for Economic Consultancy and the Palestinian Shippers Council, organized a workshop session about reducing the costs of Palestinian trade.
The meeting addressed the importance of the commercial portal in facilitating export and import procedures. This included all the pertinent Arabic information required to merchants that will contribute to reduce the costs of Palestinian trade, which will lead to increased Palestinian competitiveness in the global market. All of this information is available through the “Palestinian Trade Portal” website. The workshop explained how to access and navigate the website to obtain all of the necessary information. It also provided practical examples of these procedures.
Additionally, the workshop discussed the mechanism of using the Smart Card System for customs clearance and the issuing of licenses, aiming to facilitate Palestinian trade.
