The workshop dealt with several topics in the field of the quality charter for craft industries, general requirements, the mechanism for obtaining the quality charter mark and the risk analysis plan, which targeted women owners of small and very small projects to help them develop their businesses in line with obtaining the Palestinian quality certificate.
