The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has released a pilot version of the tourist website "Bethlehem Gate."

BCCI has launched the tourist website for Bethlehem Governorate, the website is an innovative service that provides visitors with a variety of tools and information to assist them in planning their excursions to Bethlehem city. The launching ceremony of the site took place during a press conference presented by Dr. Samir Hazboun the Chairman of the Chamber, , in addition to  two members of the Chamber’s board of directors and members of the tourism committee, Mr. Khader Khair & Mr. Jamal Handal, jointed by Mr. Salah Ramadan, the site’s programmer and representative of Inter-tech Design and Computer Company.

The goal of this website is to provide a database that will aid in the development of the tourism sector in  Bethlehem governorate. The platform is expected to benefit all parties participating in the tourism industry, as well as those working in handicrafts and small business owners. Soon, this website will be transformed into a mobile application, which will help the governorate's economic activities move forward and support economic sustainability. The platform will also be constantly updated to provide the finest possible information.
