Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry participates in a training to strengthen mechanisms for preventing labor disputes at the International Training Center in Turin, Italy

Businesswomen's Center coordinator in Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mrs. Amjaad Janazra, participated in the training " Promoting Effective Labor Dispute  Prevention & Resolution Mechanisms in the OPT " at the International Training Center in Turin - Italy for a week, with the aim of Acquisition of practical skills and experience in the most common causes of disputes and conflict, in addition to the different methods of managing them, the main elements of conciliation / mediation, what conciliation / mediation is, collective bargaining and cooperation in the workplace, in addition to mechanisms for dealing with grievances and working on applying the principles of social dialogue with the aim of harmonizing knowledge in the chambers scope of work, which considered the employers' representative in the tripartite social dialogues.
