Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry Organizes an Awareness Meeting on Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015

As part of our commitment to continual improvement, promote the culture of quality, and strengthen adherence to it, the BCCI organized an awareness meeting on quality management system ISO 9001:2015.

The representative of Board of Directors for the quality management system, Mr. Adel AL- Hodali opened the meeting by highlighting the significance of increasing awareness of ISO 9001 due to its positive effects on improving the level of the Chamber's overall performance and raising the capacities and skills of its staff. A general overview of this system, its significance, and the advantages of its application was presented by Mrs. Suha Gedeon, the representative of quality management system.  

It is worth mentioning that BCCI was the first Palestinian Chamber of Commerce to obtain ISO certificate since 2002, and has continued to work tirelessly to maintain certification through the present day.
