Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry Renews the Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001:2015

The BCCI, obtained the eighth renewal of the Quality Management System since 2002 in recognition of its compliance with the international standard requirements issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The external audit conducted by M.A.K International, representing LIoyd’s Register, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) for two consecutive days did not include any cases of major or minor non-conformity, which indicates the keenness of the Board of Directors and the administrative and executive staff to apply the best practices required by the international standard in an effort to keep their commitment to continual improvement of the quality management system and provide the best services to members of the General Assembly and relevant interested parties.
