Arbitration Committee of BCCI holds its first meeting

BCCI Arbitration committee aims to follow up on resolving commercial disputes that may occur between members of the General Assembly, in addition to encouraging the adaptation of arbitration and various alternative means to settle disputes for the purpose of resolving disputes in a fastest and inexpensive way, to serve the various economic sectors in the Chamber. The committee will organize a series of workshops that will raise awareness of the principles of arbitration and dispute resolution.
