Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry Passes the External Audit of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015

As part of its commitment to continual improvement, ongoing endeavors to provide the best services to its members, BCCI has successfully passed the external audit of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 conducted by M.A.K International the representative of Lloyd’s Register, without recording any cases of major or minor non-conformity.
The audit included the organization's context, quality objectives, work procedures, members satisfaction, management review, internal audit, continual improvement, complaint management, corrective actions, Membership and Services Department, Technical and Vocational Education Training Unit, Human Resources Department and the Trade Promotion Center.
It is worth mentioning that BCCI was the first Palestinian Chamber of Commerce to obtain ISO certificate since 2002, and has continued to work hard to maintain certification through the present day.
