Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry Discuss Enhancing Farmers’ Resilience  with  the Agriculture Directorate 

Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a meeting with the Directorate of Agriculture in Bethlehem Governorate to discuss ways to strengthen farmers’ resilience, particularly in light of recent challenges and violations in marginalized areas.
The discussion focused on improving coordination among relevant institutions, supporting the establishment of seasonal markets to help farmers market their products directly, and promoting the use of modern marketing tools such as e-marketing and digital platforms to expand market access and boost competitiveness.
Both sides also stressed the importance of providing targeted support during key agricultural seasons and working collaboratively on initiatives that serve the interests of farmers and ensure the sustainability of the agricultural sector in the governorate.88
