BCCI has successfully passed the external audit under ISO 9001: 2015, the audit was carried out by MAK International co. presented by Lloyd's Register for a one day audit which confirmed that BCCI meets all quality system management requirements of ISO 9001-2015.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard primarily focuses on risk-based thinking, management principals and ensuring business continuity, including serving strategic directions, with the aim of improving performance, and achieving the requirements of the General Assembly members permanently.

It is worth pointing that BCCI is the first Palestinian Chamber of Commerce to obtain an ISO certificate since 2002, and has continued to work tirelessly to preserve since then.
