Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry Passes the External Audit of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015

Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in services delivery, the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) has successfully passed the external audit of its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The audit was conducted by M.A.K International, the representative of Lloyd’s Register, with no major or minor non-conformities recorded.

The audit covered key areas, such as organizational context, quality objectives, internal audit, management review, complaints management system, and the implementation of services delivery procedures within the Membership and Services Department, Human Resources Department, Trade Promotion, Exhibitions ant Trade Missions Department, and the Training of members under the TVET & Projects Department.

BCCI was the first Palestinian Chamber of Commerce & Industry to obtain ISO certificate since 2002— a distinction it continues to uphold to this day.
